All Sales Final (Change of Mind)
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Wrong size or fit

An incorrect item selected by the customer

Normal wear and tear
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item
We will make it right if:

Your item arrives damaged or defective, or

You received the wrong item
How to Request a Return / Refund (If Eligible)
We only accept return/refund requests for damaged/defective items or if you received the wrong item.
Step 1: Contact us
Within 7 days of delivery, email us at dafihomes@gmail.com (or use our Contact Us page).
Step 2: Include the required information
Please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item and packaging (and any damage)

A short description of the issue
Step 3: Wait for approval before returning anything
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions and an authorization.
Step 4: Resolution and timeline
After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following, depending on the situation and stock availability:

Store credit

Refund to the original payment method
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not been processed or shipped.
